Every rental includes: headlight & taillight, bike lock, bell, phone holder, rear view mirror, front & rear storage baskets, bungee style cargo straps to hold down your gear, water bottle holder, optional child-seat for City Commuter, helmet, safe & secure parking, and local knowledge of the area.
We suggest wearing close-toed shoes and bringing a bag for personal items. Don't forget your sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and your phone and camera for snapping pics!
If you choose a Multi-Day Package we'll drop your bike off within 5 miles of our shop. Otherwise, you'll need to meet us at our shop to pick up your rental.
We offer an instructional tutorial upon request. This is a feature offered to customers to ensure they're comfortable before taking the bike out on their solo adventure.
